"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Wrath of the Mutants" is a 2.5D side-scrolling beat 'em up game where players control the Ninja Turtles (Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael) as they battle Shredder and Krang's forces. It's an enhanced port of a 2017 arcade game, visually inspired by the 2012 Nickelodeon TV series. The game features local co-op for up to four players and includes elements from the classic "Turtles in Time". 

Gameplay:

Action:

Players traverse levels, fighting hordes of enemies like Foot Clan ninjas, mousers, and robots. 

Combat:

Standard attacks, jump attacks, a special "Turtle Power" attack unique to each Turtle, and the ability to pick up and throw objects are available. 

Assist Characters:

Players can summon Metalhead or Leatherhead to clear the screen. 

Limited Moveset:

While some find the combat shallow due to a lack of variety, others appreciate the simple and satisfying beat 'em up experience. 

Boss Battles:

Thirteen boss battles are included, with some criticized for repetitive attack patterns. 

Environments:

The game includes locations like Dimension X, Coney Island, and amusement park and haunted house levels. 

Additional Features:

Enhanced Version: The game is double the size of the original arcade game, adding new stages and bosses. 

Visuals: 3D character models and designs inspired by the 2012 show. 

Sound: The original voice cast from the show returns. 

No Online Co-op: Only local co-op is available. 

Length: The main story can be completed in around an hour and a half.
